To enable us to help you we need some basic information;
- Product specification - Target Pricing - Estimated Volumes - Delivery schedule
This information allows our sourcing team to quickly and accurately find a supplier and deliver you a product costing. Once we identify the final solution for your business more information will be required prior to contract agreement.
Our operating model is based on clear, transparent, visible processes that have the flexibility to meet any customer requirements. Some customers want to deal directly with ourselves, others feel more comfortable contracting with the manufacturer. We operate both models. Our customers decide the model we employ and each case is treated with the primary driver being customer satisfaction. We are not tied to any manufacturers or methods of operating. We do not try to fit square pegs in round holes.
We manage the contracts from cradle to grave ensuring both the customer and supplier have our full support throughout the contract. Any problems or issues that arise during this period are resolved by us. This generates strong loyalty and trust from our customers and suppliers as they know they can rely on us to manage and provide assistance as part of the overall sourcing solution. We do not do a deal and walk away, we provide ongoing support with the aim of building strong long term partnerships.
